Rowlett Explorer Club 4701
When young adults enter High School, they are immediately confronted with choices for career paths that have lasting impact. Often times they may or may not be ready to make those choices. The Explorer Club seeks to expose Middle School students to various career options before High School so that they are better prepared to make those career path choices.
In the process, the program builds character so that we encourage good behavior, respect and honor when making better decisions. The Explorer Club is a program much like our existing Explorer Post, but geared specifically towards 6th to 8th graders. The program focuses on preparing for career choices and character development as its primary mission elements.
The Rowlett Explorer Club from the end of August to June, in conjunction with the school year. Meetings are held with the older Explorer One Post program, Thursday evenings at 7 pm.
